Returns & Refunds

Ironyard Performance stands behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right within the guidelines below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within:
10 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method
Up to 30 days of delivery for store credit
Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused and unwashed
Item must be in original condition
All tags must be attached (if applicable)
Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted items
Limited release items
Gift cards
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ironyard Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Refunds
Refund to Original Payment Method
Approved returns received within 10 days of delivery will be refunded to the original payment method.
Store Credit
Returns requested between 11 and 30 days from delivery will be issued as store credit.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve verified issues at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
